Getting Bubble Tea whenever I'm out is a must. Happy to find this place inside Dubai Festival City Mall. They served a variety of sweet drinks, from the usual Bubble Tea with pearl (Boba), Juice Tea, Fruit Tea, Cheese Tea, and Gelatos.
I ordered Thai milk tea and it was delicious. You can customize your order if you want less sugar or less ice in it. I usually do both as I don't like overly sweet food.
Just a feedback, I think the pearl needs to be softer and easier to chew, I found it more on the firm side and it drew away the pleasure of drinking bubble tea. I also think they need to add small pearl as additional toppings.

Totally not worth it. Regretting trying the "booba" drink here... hyper chewy boba and artificially flavored tasting drinks.

Just stick to a bottle of water and you'll be better off.

One time try bubble tea. We brought 3 flavours, Matcha Milk Tea, Blueberry & Taro and it was well made. The tea was properly shaked using the electric shaker and sealed before serving to us. It was a good experience. different flavours are available

1) Had a discount, lady at the counter said sure and didn't end up giving me the discount. Questioned her after and she just giggled. (??)

2) The bubble tea was trash and the tapioca was hard. When we complained, they gave me some tapioca in a spoon and asked me to try it. They looked like they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Super disappointing because I used to go to the Dubai Mall branch all the time. Probably never going here again.

The staff at the DFC outlet need some serious training. Extremely unprofessional.

Ice cream and the best boba ever with so many different kinds or flavors and types. I highly recommend the blueberry.
