Food is great. But staff is having an attitude problem. This my second time here and same garbage attitude. These people definitely need training !

I visited the branch today for the first time. I loved the cafe design and the cozy and comfortable seating. I ordered a Frozen French Vanilla with Cesar wrap, and got what I requested and in short time. I went early in the morning so I was the only one, I was greeted by the manager and he made my order. He was very friendly and respectable.
The cafe is on the ground floor in the middle surrounded by Centerpoint, LC Waiki and exactly one level under Bounce.
Had a pleasant experience, may be going back to the cafe more often.

So unprofessional workers, extremely unclean kitchen and they are fooling you for your change .. this is completely unlike Dubai .. you're lucky your coffee blends are good

One of my worth experiences has been with staff name afnas very nagative and calling customer some body no staff to attend my order and answer my inquiries in very rude way

Employees attitude is awful. No hello, tells you to go on the other side to order without even doing the effort to look up at you. I ordered a Spanish latte I precise regular size he charged me for a medium. Then I ordered a water I said the normal one, he added the expensive one, I noticed it and told him I wanted the mai Dubai water, he said it’s his duty to add the other brand (expensive one) until and unless I precise the brand of the water and the price of the water im talking about.
It isn’t about the water price it is about not constantly trying to scam people. It’s exhausting.
Under than that the tables aren’t being cleaned most of the time.

Maybe the Starbucks on the other side of the mall is a better option.
