What I really liked - very clean and neat place (compare to their other branch) with super duper friendly staff. My son had his 7 y.o. birthday. They removed all the headache from me :) Visited several times again and even my 3 yo loved it. They have very often different promos and their pizza is very delicious ???? much better than other branch.

I took my 3 year old to Bounce-X for the first time last week. When purchasing our tickets for 85 AED, they did inform us that only the trampoline area was open and the rest of the playground was closed for maintenance.

While it was disappointing not to have access to all the facilities, my child still had a blast jumping on the trampolines for over an hour. This section alone kept him entertained and active the entire time.

The trampolines were well-maintained and the staff monitored the area closely. Even with the partial closure, I could see how much fun my toddler had on his first trip to Bounce-X. The basic trampoline space was perfect for his age.

Bounce X - Festival City Mall
A huge area for kids of all ages and for adults who like to have fun in such a way. There are lots of different trampolines of all kids - for jumps, flips and whatever else your body can do. It’s definitely fun and not boring - as you can move around and try different activities. My child was absolutely delighted.

Our group has truly enjoyed the group package! And the facilitator was amazing. Shoutout to Seif! Definitely worth the aches that comes after. ????

My 6-year-old son is at bounce X weekly for his ninja squad classes and he now masters his front flip with perfect landing. My girl did her birthday party there and had the best time. Always with coach Kishan-Gorilla, amazing for his professionalism. He has a great pedagogy, kids are getting all the techniques in a very secure way and so much fun. Another great human being there is Gloria at front desk. Great smile, great service, she knows everything! Overall Mario and his staff are doing a great job to make the place our second home!

This is a fabulous place for kids to have a great time, with activities that stimulate young people. The environment is relaxed, friendly with a great focus on safety and learning. My son comes to Bounce weekly. I also had classes for my son that he enjoyed so much. In addition, I held my son's Birthday at Bounce and it was fantastic, with all kids having a great time. Overall, it is a wonderful place. I would like to acknowledge all the staff for wonderful experiences that my son has. In particular, I would like to acknowledge Ms. Gloria. She has been so helpful, friendly with a ready smile and professional attitude. Last but not least, Alex is the Manager who is focused on customers experience and feedback. He genuinely listens to and addresses any concerns with a helpful attitude and doing right by the customer. Outstanding individuals reflect upon the brand they work for. Thank you, Bounce.

Fun place for kids fun day, birthday and family time. Reasonable charges. Great food..and staff is very good. Its a clean place...
