You can find what you want easily!
I was assisted by Dr. AbdulRahman, he's a very kind person and has an excellent knowledge.

I buy so many products from boots shop in Dubai amazing experience of mine they give me skin treatment facial free. Ms pretty is amazing female help me also skin specialist and beauty therapist also very good

I bought opti free contact lenses solution. I paid 68 AED. It is more expensive than US but it is better than other places in Dubai Mall.

Located in a really useful location. Very affordable prices and good service from all the staff, especially one lady from Nepal, my apologies I don't remember her name but she was very helpful. My experience over here was great. I will recommend this store to everyone.

I'm very disappointed with BOOTS pharmacy who are supposed to give good advice, but no we do everything to sell you something other than what you need and all these saleswomen that the management allows to send to the hunt for customers in order to It is a shame to inflate their turnover,
I arrived for a cream for an allergy to the eyes which was worth 50 dirhams and in the end I paid 275 dirhams, I could not see anything, they took advantage of being unwell
advice to future customers, be careful or flee.

Unfortunately very rude staff who talks to you from very far away and doesn’t even bother themselves to come and speak next to you. Will definitely not come back and find a better shop that this one

We all know that employees have a target that’s why they try the marketing method to promote prodects but it is too much and too annoying. I stopped going to Boots because of this.
I wish they would learn from Boots branches in London. They only help you when you ask for help and that’s the right way of dealing with clients not following them around and promoting prodects and making you feel like yoy are the ugliest person on earth by saying (try this serim for whitening, try this for dark circles, buy this for acne etc). I would never go back again.
