First of all, I visited BBZ at 9pm in Al Ghurair today 28th Dec. I wanted so badly to buy the cmbrown top to be specific being worn by the manequin and the cashier and sales lady are telling me not possible?? Why? Only VM can remove it? It’s totally absurd guys! If your customer would like something so badly are you not willing to find ways to help???t@Why would security complain that they are moving manequin? They can explain that our customer wants to buy it they will not move or reposition the manequin to be honest it’s my first time encountering such excuse?? I only want to buy the top and if your sales are helpful they would get it for me and explain to the guard sorry but customer wants to buy it!!! Your sales are lazy not helpful at all! Even argued with me! I’m totally disappointed BBZ as I have been a regular customer! Hope this serves a lesson to you all not acceptable how you treat your customer!! Not very happy about this!!! I believe anyone’s priority is customer satisfaction and happiness and tonight I am completely unhappy dissatisfied with my experience tonught! And also the lady staff was very unhelpful at all she left me while I was asking for her help!! Come back to me instead of saying go to the cashier he said we cannot remove the brown top? Really? That customer service!!!! I do hope management do something about this as such as disappointment BBZ!!!!

One of the best shops in Dubai to buy branded products at affordable prices... Fashion accessories, cosmetics, bags everything is available, but I found the clothing and footwear sections most attractive with wide variety of designs and choices...

This place is a steal-if you've got the patience to hunt! I got a Miss Chase and LC Waikiki top only for AED 49, which is a bargain and they both looked cute. The staff there were super-friendly too. Worth going again, all you need is patience to hunt for the right stuff.

They are selling used cosmetics closing it by them self with fake plastic and not letting you to check it on Place. When I requested to change one of the item they refused it. So upset. Last time buying somthing in this shop.
