The worst place to go for Spa!! I have never experienced such a very poor customer service from the reception at the Swisottel Spa Al Ghurair.

I asked for a towel but the reception (Andrea) did not want to give me one - and she asked me to go to the swimming pool area and ask them there for a towel !!! Again when I clearly told her I already have Spa appointment and made the payment for this and that I needed a towel to have a shower prior to my treatment, but she said that she would send one to me in the changing room. I went to the changing room and was waiting and waiting for the towel which never arrived! I felt I was treated like a child! I ended up having my spa treatment without taking shower as no one had provided the towel!

After making the payment, they didn’t seem to care at all - they told me to go to changing room and were not keen to accompany me to show me the locker. When I got to the changing room , the area was unclean.

Instead of enjoying the Spa treatment, the whole experience raised my stress level and left the Spa extremely upset and unsatisfied.

The reception was very hospitable when I arrived and managed to take a quick shower before my 60 minutes relaxation treatment. Kudos to Jemeliza who knew the perfect medium level of massage pressure as I can feel all the knots and tights in my muscles loosen. I don't mind coming back as it's indeed value for money for the service I received. Keep up the good work!

Worst experience ever these people have no clue how to run a spa or accommodate a customer . I have been to many spas 5 stars this was a tacky service couldn’t book it properly left me waiting and in the end they couldn’t find a therapist on time ! Made me waste the whole day until evening waiting for this appointment !!! This is why they cannot get clients even if it was an attractive 50percent off! Shame on them from turning away paying clients in house guests and ruining their evening by not checking the bookings properly Would not recommend this as left a bitter taste in my mouth . I will not come here again even if it’s free . I will stick to my 5 star places which value their paying customers . Not just ignore them

Excellent massage & treatment????The Team are very welcoming, accommodating & will provide all the assistance you need. Treated like a queen????. Anchalee was the best therapist superb????. Grace is very friendly & caring. Make sure to experience their facilities like Sauna, jacuzzi & steam room. Worth to spend your off day for relaxation & stress free environment.

This spa offers magnificent customer service. I spoke to Grace at the front desk and she was so warm and welcome. I got a massage from Tunee and she is the best massage therapist ever. She takes her time and gives an amazing through massage. I love this place. Recommend it 10/10

Visited last 24th July 2021 with my cousin. Jemeliza and the other masseuse (sorry forgot her name) both gave a very satisfying massage. Ambiance was great. The receptionists were polite, escorted us to the locker area and advised us where the pool was. But since it was our first visit, it would have been best if we were also directed where the jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms were, as well as the waiting area for the massage. We had to ask for directions. Could've rated it 5 stars if the customer service was exceptional.

Had a great experience. Staff who attended me, Jemeliza (not sure if I spell it correctly) was very professional and superb in her job. Felt so relaxed and satisfied. I will surely be back here again. Highly recommended.
