A smaller branch than the one across Emirates Mall, so obviously not as many selections.
Came at 9 pm during weekday & store was still bustling.
Service i thought was pretty okay. They did look very busy though, if not attending to customer they'd sort out the cloths etc, none were free standing.

Good quality items for less prices all okay some staffs are helpful. I had bad experience with Billing staff Ms Claire very bad in packing clothes today i bought 2shirts both shirts buttons were open she not closed the button instead she filled inside the carry bag like garbage also i felt she’s lil rude.

I really didn't like the store manager's treatment of Deira Festival City, Dubai
She have a bad attitude and doesn't know how to solve aur to handle with any kind of problems she doesn't have customer service at all , I'm buying a lot of items every week every Sunday Monday I am in this lounge buying almost 1,000 in above , but I still I didn't feel welcome from the manager she is very tough person to deal with scanner

Very bad return policy on the application.. I had the worst experience ever, they canceled my return request without even giving me any notice and when i called the customer support they had no solution at all for my issue.

Worst customer service ever

I had posted a return and refund request with brands for less on March 19, they picked it up on 21 March, and till now - March 28 they say they haven’t received the products and that is why my refund is not happening

This is NOT acceptable to me. How can you waste so many days in order to process my fund. Even your policy says otherwise.

This experience has been such a torture. I recommend everyone to not really go for online shopping with this brand as they don’t care about their Customers

I have been reaching out to them
Everyday and they give stupid answers for not processing the refund

I stood in line waiting to pay, while the lady ahead left the till and went browsing once again. So I asked the lady behind the till if anyone else can help us checkout, and all she said is "no one available" and the other lady behind the counter is busy taking inventory. Finally after 5minutes she calls another cashier, who instead of helping me out with the two shirts I want to buy gets his attention commanded by yet another customer, taking into account that there is a bunch of customer services on the floor. Frustrated i dumped the items on the counter and left. Not happy with their services, and annoyed I didnt even want to take something I really liked.

It’s an ok branch, but when a shopper needs a toilet and they are not willing to let them use it, it just seems mean. The lady at the cash blatantly lied and said they had to go to a nearby store for the toilet. Another staff member said it’s only for the use of the staff, in spite of me telling her it’s urgent. Had to leave the store before we even finished shopping.

Went in Dubai Mall Brands for Less, and found a huge variety of Reebok Joggers, and kids Toys. I'm in Love with Reebok Joggers.
