The casher user #6854 told me that I can exchange the items within 14 days. when I showed it to my brother, he doesn't like it. Tuesday night July 25, which is today. Made an effort to go there to exchange the items but the assistant manager told me that the items are already on sale and it can't be exchange. they were trying to call the casher who made the transaction just to ask if its true, if she had told that it can be exchange. I was standing there more that 30mins and waiting. Thinking that I was fooled by there staff saying that it can be exchange. the effort just to go there and this is what I got, nothing. The assistant manager lack customer service in her part and the casher who lied. I am very disappointed to what happened to me.
