Wherever you go around the world, what price you see on the box is what you pay. The box price was cheaper then the till price then we were given an excuse where they will cut from the salary of workers if we pay the box price. This is ridiculous! You are a big company. If u make a mistake of x aed u can pay for it without deducting from workers salaries . Shame on u Sun & Sand Sport ! ( outlet at SHZ Road ) let me add also its not about money but principal !!!

I regret to say that my recent experience with SSS Company has been nothing short of abysmal. After waiting for more than a week, I still have not received the shirt I ordered (AE02297382), and their customer service is utterly useless.

The delivery delay has been frustrating enough, but the company's deplorable customer service has only exacerbated the situation. I have reached out multiple times seeking assistance, only to be met with unhelpful and indifferent responses.

It is evident that SSS Company lacks any sense of urgency or commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this company and seek alternative options. Their blatant disregard for timely delivery and proper customer service is appalling, and I am incredibly disappointed with my experience.

My sweetheart and me wanted to buy an underarmour and nike metcon shoes , we are trying the shoes on the suddenly security coming and telling us that store closing,come tommmarow and try it, it was only 11.47 pm, he was behind us , its like we are about to leave the store without paying, we decied to leave not to puchase any products , costumer care they have in this store is trash , i been in this store for more than 4 times , there hasent been a single time , staff aproching me 'what u want sir' , i hope sun and sands management staffs takes special care when it comes to the staff the place on duty or it will effect your sales, pls only kick costumers outside when ur like 5 mins to close not 15 min.

They have made some changes to the store lately. It’s a good sports store if you want to get sports gear and clothes. They also have bicycles.

Finding sizes is a bit tricky it depends on when you visit the store sometimes they only have large sizes.

The staff are very helpful and you can find great deals on items.

Good store for your sports ataire.... very good variety at a great value for dubai ... basically the perfect place for bargain deals for your everyday sports needs.

Good place to buy sportswear including shoes for kids and adults. There are some sports equipment available but quite limited choices. Prices vary from low to medium, but for sure less than in their stores at the malls.
