After being a loyal customer of Brands for Less for over 5 years, I had an absolutely horrendous experience at their Dubai Marina Mall branch. The staff displayed a shocking level of incompetence and lack of training, showing no understanding of customer service or basic professionalism. It was evident that their primary objective was to closely monitor shoppers by constantly following them, myself included, through the aisles, disguising their actions as shelf organization or tidying up. This behavior was not only intrusive but made the entire shopping experience unbearably uncomfortable. If Brands for Less fails to properly train their staff and create a welcoming environment for shoppers, they have no place operating in a mall that prides itself on customer satisfaction.
Save yourself the hassle and opt for a different store where you can enjoy a superior shopping experience!

Disappointing Experience with Store Staff.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the staff at Brands For Less Marina Mall. While initially hopeful for a pleasant shopping trip, I soon realized that the store staff had a rather disconcerting approach towards customers.

From the moment I entered the store, I couldn't help but notice that several staff members were following me around. At first, I assumed they were simply busy arranging items on the shelves, but it became increasingly evident that their true intention was to keep a close eye on me and my wife. Their attempts to camouflage their surveillance by pretending to organize items were transparent and quite frankly, insulting.

As a customer, I value my privacy and freedom to browse without feeling like a suspect. It is disheartening to witness such behavior from the store staff, as it creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Instead of fostering a positive shopping experience, their actions only succeeded in making me feel like an unwelcome presence.

Furthermore, the constant surveillance made it impossible for me to seek assistance or ask questions about the products. I felt an unnecessary level of scrutiny, which completely undermined any desire I had to engage with the staff or explore the store further.

As a result of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend BFL to others anymore. Customer service should prioritize making patrons feel valued and respected, but unfortunately, this was far from the case. If the management at BFL wishes to improve their reputation, they must address the inappropriate behavior of their staff and implement measures to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the store management to reevaluate their staff training and customer service practices. Until significant changes are made.

worst experience ever i took an item to the checkout to pay for it and another customer said she had reserved it and so we were held up for 45 minutes. during this time we were allowed to listen to insults and accusations from the customer without any reaction from the employees. the head of the shop, chitra, saw this and instead of giving me the item, they kept it. this story will also go to the press and all the popularity!!!

Oh God, i just called like 11:55 am today inquiring something suddenly with the staff and I realized that she left the phone in regards with the exchange..If you guys can’t manage the call then don’t accept.. So upset with the services of this branch..very bad service

I am only giving it 1 star because they closed early even if they say they closes at 11pm....i went to collect my online order but they said they are already close so i am little sad

Gold label stuff are ok .not much of a variety to choose from. The prices and quality of goods are decent
