This is not the same taste as Filful in Downtown. Food was cold and bad tasting and you can see the kitchen staff have no experience to prepare arabic food. Definitely the last time to visit this place!

This is my 2nd visit.

Slow ???? ???? and you can tell that the workers there are moving like zombies ????u200d♂️ without any passion or motive to be fast.

Preparing a lahmujin took him 10 minutes to add the topping (maybe he is in love).

The dough is bad and tasteless.
Way way below average.

The shawarma is horrible the meat is so chewy couldn't even swallow it and bread was undercooked, I went back to the counter right after a bite to tell them about it the guy refused to listen and replied this is how it is suppose to be made and didn't do anything about it, unfortunately I didn't get time to take a picture of what I threw away had my baby in my hand, so left the place angry and hungry,,,, very disappointed

The rudest staff ever , I ordered food and requested tea as I don’t drink anything cold. A girl accepted my oder after some seconds a guy came and rudely told that no tea anymore. I will never and ever oder anything from them

total ripoff!!!!
Have heard about the restaurants reduce quantity for Entertainer users but experienced the first time. Gosh
Used the Entertainer and got the half portion literally half of the photo. Complained to the staff but kept saying it’s the same as the photo. Seriously am I blind or is he? He just plays dumb and didn’t do anything. If the restaurant can’t afford to keep the offer, why bother to run the discount?
50% discount so 50% quantity? No wonder no guests in Filful Marina mall.

Terrible experience and very very rude manager of the branch. Food was average at best. Horrible customer service. You’d think in these tough times restaurants would be more helpful but not at this restaurant. Will never go back.
