AVOID. Some bargains to be had but the assistant store manager was so unhelpful and refused to give me 400AED refund despite me having a receipt and only having bought the day before. After ONE HOUR in the shop she refunded but was just so rude and unpleasant.

Rude staff really dissatisfaction sales associate although they were not busy at all so unhelpful lady in the counter in NAKHEEL mall around 5 pm to 5 30 pm on 25th June it’s just matter of help I really liked that T-shirt I wore it and want to pay with it, she told me not allowed even big brands they don’t deny it just matter of help I am also working in sales I never ever do that with customer no smile at all no explanation just so rude really I feel so. bad ????
