do not recommend buying a plan with this company. Even if you have good reasons to ask for a refund they will not give it to you, because it is their policy. It doesn't matter if they were wrong, if the agent who sold you the plan was wrong, if they didn't listen that you needed just ONE MONTH...There is no refund. If you want to talk to a supervisor, there is no supervisor, everything is resolved through a chat, and they respond very slow. They say sorry, but don't help or give solutions.

I was told at the store in Marina Mall that I should show my Emirates ID as soon as I get it, so I can keep my number. Then I was told I need to buy a new sim card, and I cannot keep my number. Okkk...I bought the sim, I said I that I don't need the other sim anymore, what should I do? And they answered just sing out :'D.. .but after a month I was charged without any warning $91 for the old sim card. I spoke to many agents, they don't care :) just repeat like robots "sorry it is our policy. No refund" littery under any circumstances. If you won't give me my money back, don't say sorry one more time.

After 3 years with them now, I'm changing to Du/Etisalat as Virgin mobike don't support Samsung LTE watches.. only Apple.. and have said they don't have plans to support any other LTE watches other than Apple.. See you later

Although I have made a big purchase however I haven’t expected the bad customer service from the cashier. I come out regretting spending my money in this outlet

Don’t buy from them, they sell defective chargers that damaged my IPhone and the salesperson will recommend them for you.

I only only only hope they sold products that is based on its location and customer type. I'd find the finest best products in Marina Mall instead.

Virgin Mobile stand service completely inefficient. Made me wait for 10 minutes and they coold not process payment so I could not buy. Employee was rude.

So bad . Lad she don’t know how to work . She make a big problem with my SIM card . It was working but now doesn’t work . I ask her can you fix , she told me not my problem!!! Which customer service is it ? Virgin

Непрофессиональный персонал. Нужно было активировать e-sim в новом телефоне. В итоге, девушка заблокировала в старом телефоне и не смогла активировать в новом по причине отсутствия у меня id. Если вы турист, то в этом офисе вам не помогут, а отправят в Марина Молл или Дубай Молл. Старая сим деактивирована, извиняются и разводят руками вместо того, чтобы сначала выяснить, есть ли у меня id, и только потом деактивировать. Оставили без связи и с необходимостью ехать в другую часть города, ужасно безответственно
