Store is well organised clean and well presented, staff Rayan and Zein are brilliant, helped me with finding a certain bench that was not in their store by searching on their online shop, showed me options and gave me suggestions.
Such friendly and professional staff. Thank you

The cashier could be more friendly with customers and especially with children. He works there and if he doesn't like it, he can quit and not spoil people's mood with his sullen appearance. ????????

Just bought this back pack lease than 24h and got damaged!! And it was not full at all!!!!!

I’m visiting Dubai and they can’t exchange in a diferente store. Even with the receipt. As a tourist, it’s really unthinkable!!

Worst store!! Don’t come back ever!!!!

I would like to really recognize the branch manager Safwat Ali who worked hardly and very professionally to make sure I receive my online order at nakheel mall location timely despite that the delivery was supposed to be a day after , but he was personally following up with the warehouse and me and ensured that I have it earlier !! Thank you !

Im a regular customers of Nakheel mall h&m .Whenever i visit this store I always have good experience. Most of the time they have good discounts.Staffs n managers here r very helpful even in busy timing n What I always love about h&m they have diversity cz they have everything in one shop from kids,mens,ladies formal wear,basic,everday wear,teenage sections like divided.Secondly what i like is if i can’t find my sizes at store staffs offers me for online shopping and their app is very user friendly n they offer me additional 10 percent discount too. N last what i love is Nakheel mall h&m is very clean n not so crowded.Good ambience

Amazing shop, I love the variety of clothes they have and how clean and neat the shop is.
The staff is very friendly and helpful during my purchases.. It’s always a pleasure shopping at H&M..
