I was there for screen gard for my s23 ultra .the person suggested me to mat screenprotector .it was very bad it wasnot suitable for the s23 .After I put that one I can see properly anything on my screen .because of his suggestion only I put. They don't have any idea regarding that .don't buy anything from from this shop. It's my suggestion

Bas service , unprofessional dealing and cheating customers simple ,when we have a complaint the product we purchases they’re attitude totally will be changed , and the manager Aravind is rude when we have a complaint

Stay away from this shop.
I replaced my Samsung phone (S9+) display with them. they charged 650Dhs and claimed it is genuine Samsung display. Yet they kept telling nowhere in UAE you get warranty for display but they asked to come to them if any problem happens.

After 2 weeks, display stopped working and when i visited them, they keep telling i should have pressed the display hard. really??? They could not find or show me any physical damage when i visited. But later when i called the manager of the branch, he started telling something like liquid damage where display damaged inside. I am using Samsung phones for years and they tell me i should not press the display hard. Display stopped working when it was charging and when i was not even touching it. i started looking at it when display started blinking and gradually it increased and completed when black within day. They should be using fake parts.

I will not recommend these shop???????????? to any one worst experience, there are plenty of shop you can go and get your product.
these shop don't know how to talk to customer, just know how to make fun of the customer.
They just want to sell their product to the customer without knowing what customer need.

And at last if customer don't buy they just say we wasted time on you, why are you coming.

This shop have best price to all of the uae i need any electronic items i buy this shop in there have all electronics thinks and Asseries in this shop i am also appreciate in there shop staf also very kind and Honest Mr,Jaffar and i also glad there shop manager Mr,manoj he is very supportive man before last month i buy i phone 12 pro Max this shop also give good price to all of the uae and today i buy Vivo V21 also i am very thank full you brit star mobile

Last month i had a problem with my iphone which was locked with american reseller flex policy so i couldnt use it in europe. Then i contacted bristar mobile through whatsapp and a guy hasir nanda just talked to me. The company took the charges of sending the phone to the shop and it unlocked the phone within 2 weeks. And i got my phone back. Thank you britstar mobile.
