I went to this place and one of the staff was super rude to me from the time I got there. He kept on cleaning the working area top even when I was trying to explain my laptop’s problems. He was not paying attention and i had to close the laptop and leave. My friends witnessed this and they said we should come back and try to talk to the management team. When we got there, we tried explaining our experience to the other colleagues and they didn’t help either. The guy could have apologized, that’s the least he could do. Anyway as a woman of color I understand why this guy treated me the way he did and never apologized.

A big Thank you to Mohd. Arif, I was unable to charge my Galaxy 8 mobile due to issue with C port, Mohd Arif fixed it within few minutes.

Few months ago my son's iPad stopped working and this store was able to fix it, it took few weeks but it's been easily 5 months and it is working perfectly fine since then.

Staff is wonderful and technical knowledgeable, best part is they are very honest and do not give you false hope, if they cannot fix it they will say not possible and if it's possible they will do a perfect job.

Great location and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very clean however, windows are not double glazed. With a main road facing room on a Saturday night, you can here cars driving past and people talking etc.

We visited on a Saturday evening for a drink with some friends. Initially everything went well as we sat in the garden. It started to get a bit chilly so decided to go in to the bar area to warm up. On entrance and selecting a table we were shouted at by Rebecca a member of staff that the table had been made up for breakfast and to sit elsewhere. I respectfully pointed out that the other tables not made up were in the back of the restaurant with the door open and the purpose of coming in was to warm up. We were shouted at again and told if we didn’t like it we could leave. The service from everyone else in the restaurant and bar was lovely but the so called manager was extremely rude. I appreciate tables are often made up the evening before but it was around 8:45 and the bar was still relatively busy. We had politely advised we were happy to pass the menus and cutlery back for it to be placed down again when we left but I was appalled to be shouted at multiple times. We were a group of 4. Two couples between 27-30 unsure if she didn’t like the look of us and just wanted to close early as we actually saw her in another pub on the highstreet later that evening. Beautiful setting, food looked great from what we saw but don’t try to visit for drinks in the bar as they clearly don’t want you’re business.

We used all rooms at Battle Abbey Hotel in April 2023, when we were getting married at Battle Abbey across the road. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and looked after all guests individual needs. The hotel was the perfect location if attending a wedding at Battle Abbey. Thank you Clare & Daniel

Had a roast here last Sunday and hubby had ploughman's. Quick service, good portion size (the ploughman's was huge actually, my husband loved it). The lamb was tasty and the staff were very accommodating with choice of veg. Definitely recommend this place.

Had a great night's stay at the Abbey Hotel. The team there looked after me, and allowed me to store my bike inside where it was locked up for the night. Lovely dinner and good breakfast. Was a very pleasant stay. Thanks to all the team there.

We are staying for the weekend. The staff are lovely, room is lovely and food is lovely. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the room is lush!! Teas and coffee is not run of mill either. A really nice feel to the whole place. Decorated to make you feel all cozy with a touch of class too :) Family run which is nice now a days. Will be back x

Service was brilliant, location is good however the food was not the best. 3 steaks ordered and none of them were medium rare which was what the chef recommended. Lasagne was overcooked. A shame as the staff were so lovely.

We celebrate my husbands birthday today in the Pub and wonderful staff and fantastic food. We had Jerk Chicken, which you can't always get it right but they did and presentation was amazing and they brought a candle out and sang happy birthday to him.
