Very bad experience from this shop and staff's al barsha lulu hyper market.no one knows to help the customer.... Items was very bad quality and cheated the full of staff malayalam.specially in-charge and the staff doesn't have commences over sad. And very bad.the guy who was attend us overall very sad.they might need more knowledge how to help customer. No good comments.the guy was very bad who were in the pic.

I both a necklace less than a year and I’ve got broken when I came to fix they fixed it wrong and so cheap

The worst repair that is possible. They didn't fix the chain, they messed it up even more. If you do not know how to repair, why accept this order.
This chain could have been repaired, but after their work, there is no chance.
They said that it would be almost imperceptible, that there would be only a small black line.
It must be very poor eyesight to not notice it.
The worst.
The worst repair.

I had a really bad experience with this jewellery shop. I just tried to ask one question to the employee one evening, but when he saw me, he immediately start to tell to me " shop is closed". I repeated my question, but he was very rude to me and seem he didn't want to talk.
I think that each shop, store or any company should strive to attract more customers in order to achieve more benefits, but in this case it will only cause opposite.Very bad experience.

Stephen has been very helpful sorting out all my bathroom materials.
His knowledge is second to none! He couldn’t do enough for me.
Everything was delivered on time and nothing was missing.
Definitely the best showroom manger!
