Ruined the trouser with their tailoring and refused to fix it. Would not recommend buying from here if you want to be respected as a customer.

No doubt that it's one pf my most favorite men's apparel and accessories brand. But MoE shop is also exceptional due its vast range of products , professional sales staff ans highly skilled tailors for alterations. You would be lucky of purchase their high quality clothing and accessories among them Suits, Blazers, Shirts Polos, Chinos , Shoes and etc. Virtually no other shirts better than BB shirts you could find in the market with very reasonable price even at full price and the best at bundle or quantity offers.

Brooks experience as you would expect, kind and welcoming staff. Great quality and selections of fabrics and accessories. Although the shoe collection is quite limited. Free alteration services offred.

Very bad customer service and very bad quality I bought a new brown shoes and then the leather strap was loosing color from first Time I used it , then they told me that it is our quality issue and we will solve it in 48 hrs then 10 days passed when I went t to them they said sorry sir the salesman who was handling your case went on vacation and we still waiting reply from head office .... baaaad customer service and product does not worth the money paid
