worst supplier for the baby’s things. Trust very very poor service.
I bought the most expensive stroller from this shop, they told me 3 working days no stock and then by the end the gave it to me after 6 working days. Service is bad no management to talk to, even when they got me the stroller in fixed as they told me they will fix it, but it’s not fixed and the color is different.

Reading the posts from before it’s sad to see that their customer service hasn’t changed. Very poor. It’s like I’m doing them a favour by purchasing items; at least look up and acknowledge your customers especially when we are the ones saying hello, how are you?!

Great shop, they have a variety of products and brands, in addition to that they have some exclusive brands in their shops such as Bugaboo, but their prices are higher than other kids shops.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and equipped to cook evening meals if you don't want to eat out. The owners, Andy and Avril, are very approachable and called round for a quick visit to make sure we had settled in OK, which we appreciated. The immediate location is quiet and we enjoyed being able to look around the walled garden that the cottages were built for. There's plenty to do an easy drive away: we visited the Burrell Collection and Riverside Museum in Glasgow, Stirling Castle, kayaked on Loch Lomond and walked up Ben Lomond. We definitely plan to return to Gardeners Cottages.

Three excellent holiday homes. The owners live next door, and are happy to help at any time. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. Delighted to see oyster catcher fledglings living in the walled garden, duly watched over by their parents. The rooms are compact. Hence no room for a washing machine in the kitchenette. But it, and the tumble dryer, are only yards away. Since they are used by the three cottages only and many visitors stay for only a few days, so may not need to wash their clothes, there was no competition. Our grandchildren visited and enjoyed croquet, kick-around football and sitting in the gazebo/pavilion - all in the adjoining field. Highly recommend two local "secrets": The nearby gravel pits (25 minutes walk) - beautifully restored to nature and almost totally ignored by fellow-tourists who pass within yards. Great for pike fishing, I understand. Also the RSPB Hub just the other side of Gartocharn, with accessible walks short and long. One is a short trail with plenty for children to do. The longest takes you down to the lochside wood (with a great viewpoint for ospreys) along brand new boardwalks - including one a quarter mile long over bog. The lochside is a half mile walk from the house in one direction (which can be halved if you take the car) and a bit less in the other. Can't recommend Gardeners Cottages enough.

Really really nice cottage. A warm welcome from owners Andy and Avril matched the pleasant cosy 2 and 1 bedroom cottages we stayed in over Christmas 2021. Has to rate as the best accommodation I have had in my travels in and around Scotland working as as a returning exile. Marvellous.

We got married from here in 1996 and returned recently taking our 15 year old daughter with us. It is still as magical ad it was then. Avril and Andy are warm and welcoming hosts and the Cottages are fantastic too. They are beautifully clean and well presented with every convenience you would need. The visitors books speak for themselves and are packed with positive comments . The cottages are in a great location making many areas accessible for a visit. I can't recommend staying here highly enough! ????

Very nice place. Warm welcome was a pleasent surprise. Good accommodation, beautiful walled garden with facilities for a barbeque. Close to major road, 40 mins from Glassgow and many things to do and see nearby.
Had a very pleasant stay.

Had a nice time by the Loch, the cottage had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely.
We would definitely go back and recommend to friend and family.
