I have been this morning to Dubai Mall Emirates NBD Bank to collect few documents . This rating is not for NBD Bank as I have my own personal opinion about how was this bank few years back and how it became now. I won’t get into that but I guess customers reviews are a good indication for how well this bank is doing. However, todays review is about the two orchestrating front desk staff Miss Elizabeth De Guzman and Security Guard Mr Kawmi Owsi, this team are just brilliant for the way they managed customers walk-in. I have sat for nearly an hr and I can observer the two are making every efforts to serve and attend to every customer’s request. They are so professional, aware of the bank services and so helpful and supportive. I appreciate their spirits and big help for everyone’s as they did it with a big smile!

Excellent experience today Mouna in Dubai mall branch was helping me and she was very professional answered all my questions regarding online banking and she solve my issue and she guide me also how I use the application very nice to see a smiling face in the bank extremely helpful super quick thank you so much miss Mouna and best of luck in your career

This bank has low security and not helping their customers in closing their complaints without any follow ups and updates. Money is not secured with them and hackers can steal our money without any solution and support from the bank.
I don’t recommend anyone to do their banking with them because it won’t be secured.
After I got hacked, I raised a complain which the bank closed within a week without even informing me about the update and without any solution.

Hi . I just want to say that today i had i the worst customer service my life from Emirates NBD staff in Dubai Mall branch - Jamila.
I wait approximately 20 mins in the lane but when my turn came she went to assist 2 other guys for 1 minut but again and again i wait 20 mins she didn’t finish.

Such a horrible experience at the desk. I’ve had to come in three separate times to close my bank account as each time I have been told a different answer about the requirements for my request and the timings of their staff. I do not recommend this branch whatsoever. It has been such a waste of time and energy.

Awful customer service, I went in on Saturday evening at like 5.39 one guy at the front only acknowledging and helping the Arabs so I got my ticket myself, he was very funny towards coloured people in front of the other customers anyways I was waiting for almost 1hr and there was people coming after me but was somehow their tickets were called out before mine, there was one lady at the fast help desk she had her headphones in watching YouTube and ordered talabat and sat there eating, what exactly is she getting paid for? One guy called Mohamed called me in after 1 hrs wait and said how can I help you I told him I want to speak to the manager as I’m not happy about my experience he told me come back Monday as managers are not in on the weekend and he was asking to not report him - I went in to ask about documents needed to open a bank everyone working in the bank should know this the lady who was eating could of took a break from eating for 2 mins and told me would of saved me from waiting for over 1 hours for a simple bit of information, anyways I will not be banking with this company you have lost my respect, just understand if you carry on hiring staff who doesn’t know how to treat customers you will be losing more customers and most importantly for you guys money!!!!

Worst bank for customer service. I request anyone who is reading this review not to bank with this bank as they have the worst customer services. You cannot talk to an executive through phone as they have their virtual assistant Eva which will never allow you to go through or speak to an agent. Plus the wait time at the offices is huge. Do not choose to open an account or apply for a new card with them.
