I love the products but I still think it is too expensive compared to buying online. They have Ramadan offers on baby cloth worth giving it a look

We recently had a very good shopping experience especially 3 times from mamas & papas at Dubai hills mall. All this was because of the host "Kimi" who was very well explaining stuffs suitable as per our requirement, even she helped us to bring all the stuffs till our car parked area. She is really amazing person and helpful in recommending the items as per our requirement and feasible ones, anyone visiting the store ask for her " kimi" and she will be there to assist and support you always.

This place is heavens for Kids in terms of quality n durability.
They have multiple sections. Clothes for boys n girls. Possibly one of the most comfortable sleep wear available. They have separate section of cradles! You can have options from steamer to cups and feeders to toys. They have amazing beds, car seats, perfumes, sleeping bassins and a lot more. You need to explore this shop if you have young kids. Staff it cooperative and you can avail promotional offers too.

We bought the snuzpod4 in shop and were promised free delivery and assembling by the sales person there. When they delivered i had a call with customer service saying that there is no assembling service for this item and would escalate the issue to her supervisor. No one called back. Worth to mention also that you have to chase sales persons in shop to get some information about products. Unpleasant experience.

Expensive shop, yet delivery is outsourced to a third party provider that does not provide delivery timeline, decides to not deliver when it is not convenient for them putting in the system that the customer phone is switched off. Are you serious? Is that the service provided by such expensive brand?

I ordered a gift hamper for a friend who just had a baby. There was no option to add a card or some type of note for good wishes. I was going to let that go, but then my friend sent me a photo of the hamper with the price sticker and barcode still on it. As you can imagine, this is not the experience I wanted my friend to have. I’d hoped that for a company such as yours, someone would have the understanding to know that something advertised as a gift shouldn’t be delivered with the price sticker and barcode still attached and should also provide some form of personal touch. Please do better; you’re not just selling babywear; you’re selling an experience.

My baby stroller got one small plastic piece damaged which is the folding Safty locker!!
I called the store to fix they asked 850 aed to change the whole chassis as this part can’t be fixed and the chassis will be ordered from UK cause they don’t have any replacement in the store!!
They promised to find a solution but never get back to me
I advise anyone wants stroller not to buy this brand

customer service is the worst, they don't help on the phone, they don't call back they don't follow up. worst experience ever. stay away! everything's very low quality yet too expensive
