We bought a watch for my wife and we couldn’t be more happy how we were treated. The staff advise and helped us decide between the models that were available within our budget. We had a fantastic shopping experience. Staff is very helpful, polite and professional. Up to Bvulgari standards.
All the jewelry they sell is amazing, very exclusive and beautiful.

I was in the fashion avenue Bulgari branch and it was very disappointing. Asian girls all unfriendly, did not greet. The store was empty, no other customer. Nevertheless they did not bother to show staff. Russian girls are more friendly. This asian girls think they are better than customer and have no education and no manners.

I brought my watch in for service and ordered links for another watch. My 5 star rating is based on the pleasant experience I had with the sales person , Mrs. Rania Charif. She was extremely helpful, very friendly and highly informative. Thank you Mrs. Rania Charif for the pleasant experience at the boutique.

I was in Bulgaria shop in dubai mall one of staff she was really in bad mood and her talking was so so bad with me. And I asked about manger of shop she say he is not here if like come later and tell ur problem. She Arabic women really I hate her talking so rude

Visited this shop twice to first try a ring with Farida who’s very pleasant and knowledgeable. Second is with Elie to try a necklace which made me sad because I find the length not for me ???? and needs to pay additional. However I didn’t encounter any issues and both are very accommodating though I didn’t buy. Elie even gave me a purse for my ring and followed up with me regarding the item I inquired during the store visit. Hoping to purchase another piece before year ends! ????????????

Worse experience ever + doubts on dishonesty.
I went with my husband to exchange the ring size I got for my birthday. The staff said that it was not possible.
My husband bought 2 or 3 weeks ago. The store manager had used another Bulgari ring to check the size. He was unsure about the size and told my husband that he should come back with me for exchange. Which we did.
He did not mention any lead time for exchange… probably to ensure he got the sale. I have big doubts on the fact he intentionally gave a 58 size when I need a 55 (checking with another ring, how can a professional be so far off)… is there a price difference? We did not get any cash back for the new ring size 55.
Finally after telling my husband that he should have read the exchange condition written on the invoice, he finally agreed to proceed with the exchange… net he knew there was a chance we need an exchange and he told my husband he should have read the exchange condition… ?? Is this possible ??
I do have big concern on the fact that for a bigger ring (3 sizes up), we had no refund…. Looks not right to me…
I love the brands, and I hope this is a store issue or individual issue. But those people ruined our experience.

I employed Mackoy to do the groundworks on a new property I was developing, several younger gentlemen turned up to start the job, all I could smell was cannabis smoke when the van doors opened, and at least two of them appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, very slow start to my job and an extremely poor standard of work according to my independent surveyor, by the end of the first week my schedule was four days behind thanks to the inexperienced staff that didn't know what they were doing, the foreman couldn't understand my site drawings and dug excessively deep holes in several places that weren't required so cost me an extraordinary amount of time to refill and compact, after experiencing through our bedroom window, my wife informed me that one person through a brick at his colleague which resulted in a scuffle in which several of our garden ornaments were destroyed, apon being asked what had happened to the ornaments the gentlemen my wife witnessed destroy them denied all knowledge of what had happened, by the end of the second week I had no choice but to terminate their contract, then apon entering our barn we noticed several of our children's bikes were no longer where we had left them, the gas barbecue we had brought for family gatherings, costing several thousand pounds was gone along with the gas bottles, one of my father's quad bikes was missing and my new golf bag and several clubs were no where to be seen, surely I can't say it was Mackoy employees that stole these items, but they were the only people to have the key to the lock during the time things went missing, make your own decisions, police are investigating, employ mackoys and it seems your personal property becomes part of a magic act and disappears, constantly using foul language, spinning everywhere and apparently stealing everything that you can't nail to the floor, worst company I have ever had the displeasure to meet in my 25 years in the industry, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS, BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT BE YOURS FOR LONG !
