So I just cancelled my order after contacting the call center. Then another burden comes to wait for 7 to 14 days for refund.
Never buy online on decathlon or azadea. if you don't want hassle look in amazon or noon. they are more reliable

I visited the DECATHLON STORE at DUBAI MALL and went to the FITNESS SECTION, and decided to check the equipment and also decided to test them out (to be fully satisfied) before I purchase them. The staff incharge named ELIE was extremely rude to me and even told me not to use them.
I walked around the DECATHLON store and saw people playing BADMINTON, TABLE TENNIS and testing out all kinds of sports equipment for about 20 minutes and above, and the staff did not bother to stop them.
Therefore I got the impression that we as customers can definitely check the equipments out before we purchase them.
However, the staff named ELIE was rude and did not have any manners and asked me not to start training at the DECATHLON store.
As a customer, who is about to purchase a 1500 AED olympic bench press stand, I definitely have a right to test them out and be fully satisfied before I purchase them.
I went up to this sales guy, ELIE, and asked him if I could speak to the manager, to whom he brought his superior namely ROY.
Again his superior was not of any help and even tried to support his own colleague.
I am extremely disappointed and angered by the way ELIE and ROY have treated me here at the DECATHLON STORE, DUBAI MALL.
Hope action is taken against them as I love this store DECATHLON and the products that are sold here.

once i decided a charger Gem booked it in following a smart meter upgrade from the supplier.
on the day of install Barry turned up and was very chatty and brilliantly knowledgeable regarding all things EV.
the job itself was VERY clean and professional tidied up and hoovered up debris as he went, sealed all holes perfectly, amended consumer unit labeling really really good job.
would 100% recommend, excellent communication throughout the whole experience

Gem in Sales/Office was very easy to deal with. Gave us a good quote and information around Voltix versus other competitors.
Barry (Installation) was very knowledgeable about not only our product (myenergi Nappi) but various others that were mentioned during installation. I think in total we were around 2-2.5 hours which was better than I expected.
We did have a wee problem in that a white Nappi was installed, we requested a black one, but after Barry doing the initial work on Monday he came round three days later to make the switchover and get us up and running!
Would highly recommend Voltix and will be using them should we go for a battery at a later date ????
