I had an amazing experience today .
I asked several people to help me with the specific item they seemed care less.
I would love to highlight an excellent work of Cherie ; she was very polite , helpful and professional.

I wish Zara has more staff like Cherie Dubai mall shop

Despite the busy atmosphere caused by an ongoing sale, my experience at this store was truly amazing. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness and made the best efforts to manage the crowd. I am particularly grateful to Michael and ltout for their invaluable support throughout my shopping journey, Their assistance greatly enhanced my overall shopping experience and they tried their best to locate the items I want even though it was impossible in such crowd. 10/10

My son had thrown up nearby so I came in to buy him a replacement shirt. Obviously I might have been panicking since he was crying and had throw up on him. But one of the shop workers (I wish I knew her name but she had red hair and was working in the fitting rooms) was so kind and helpful and went as far as to get us water and help me change him. Truly kind and helpful- thank you so much.

Zara has nothing special to offer for winter. Clothes are not for UAE residents they are extremely warm ???? take we can not wear them in UAE.

All the prices are extremely high and most of the clothes are made in Bangladesh ???????? and I am a regular customer of z@r@ but the quality is not up to the mark.

Overall workers are not happy at all. You can feel from the faces.

For UAE they need to design cloths as per the weather conditions.

Lastly regardless of all the things I purchases cloths of 1580 AED lol ????

Horrific staff at all sections. Grumpy at all times, utterly lazy, none of them is willing to assist the customers; and they have the audacity to walk into customers and hit them (i.e.: shouldering) without even saying a simple apology (I saw that incident in front of me, not with me). You ask for a specific size and they ask you to take a completely different size, just due to the fact that the required size in not available. No one suggests that you may order the required size online; or even offers to find it for you in another store. All Zara's branches have now become similar in respect of such annoying issues. What a shame!!
