Quite a well located branch of Nero in Dubai mall, tucked away close to the ice rink and away from other busy eating hot spots. Service here is good, seating is comfortable and the drinks are up to Nero standard.

The staff were quite very polite and efficient. I love the ambiance of the Christmas tree and the atmosphere overall was very pleasant. As this is my first time here I needed a little help figuring out what I wanted but the staff figured it out right away. Loved my drink and the whole experience. Thank you, Crystal.

Nice coffee in quite part of busy Dubai mall, with plenty of sitting options. You can takeaway too. Efficient and nice staff. Attaching some pictures. Enjoy ????

One of the best drinks I have ever tried in my favorite place! Nero is serving these days Iced bumblebee coffee, adding their orange juice with one shot of espresso of their amazing coffee and a slice of orange on top of ice cubes! Just amazing! Stuff there are friendly and nice, except for one guy in the next shift asked my husband to leave as it is not allowed for people to just stay without ordering, although we have ordered 2 hours before he shows up already.

I recently visited Caffe Nero in Dubai Mall near Ice Rink and I must say that I had a fantastic experience. The coffee was top-notch and the baristas were friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere inside the cafe was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to catch up with friends or simply relax with a book.

What I really appreciated about this cafe was the variety of food options they had available, from delicious pastries to healthy salads. The presentation of the food was also very impressive.

Overall, I highly recommend Caffe Nero in Dubai Mall to anyone looking for a quality coffee shop experience. The staff is attentive and the ambiance is perfect for both work and relaxation. I'll definitely be returning soon! ????????????

This is a good place to relax your legs after being lost inside the massive Dubai Mall. The vibe is good and the coffee is nice. Their service is also very good. The staff was very friendly and I had a nice chat with her.
