Typical coffee establishment. Right next to Cinnabon on the second floor food court.

Cinnabons are delicious, but the staff is rude. I wanted to buy a box of 4 different pieces. They said, it isn‘t possible. I only can buy the prepared boxes like WHAT?! It‘s literally on the menu with the 4 pieces boxes. But they told me I only can get the prepared boxes for the price.
That‘s definitly not true!

The ice cream was heavenly but the staff were so confused when you asked them about the ice cream like the basic stuff in saying what flavours they had also kept asking me to stand in line when the place had no one there , later a person just comes up to the counter starts asking questions about something and the staff goes away I go near the ice cream counter to get ice cream the person there says dont order here order up front pay there and come here when I go to the main counter that person says go there finally ended up yelling and asked them to make up their minds and got my ice cream after 10 minutes without a line , they need to hire people who can actually understand the clients . basic english isn't that hard to learn .

Horrible experience. Scalding Coffee. The staff needs to get a crash course, if not a professional one in making coffee.
4 stars for the Bun seperately. They were delicious.

Worst Cinnabon experience so far, had mix Cinnabon large 4 pieces with my family, 3 of us got sick...something is horribly bad with this branch....i saw the guy preparing the dough and coughing in his hand...horrible! Last time there
