I’ve been to many Oakberry’s all over the world and have never had such a disappointing expierence as I had yesterday at the dubai mall branch. When given my açaí to drink, it was full of broken flakes, which I have never witnessed upon my many times at oak berry. When I told the staff about this and asked what it was I was told “water” to my knowledge water would not cause a mass amount of brown flakes. I asked them for a new one and they turned their heads and ignored me so I was put in the position to throw it away as it was seemed inedible and unsafe to drink. Also to clarify, I did not order any add on’s to mix in the smoothie I just ordered açaí by itself.

This is a good ice cream bowl combination with many additives options. The whole thing is worth tasting.

I love these ladies that work here...so cheerful and helpful...they really helped me pick the best combination.
I love acai with peanut butter, coconut, granola ans condensed milk. Also really love the unlimited toppings option too. Well done!

Not a healthy treat at all!!!!????????????????????????????????????????
Those trying to stay healthy and have this as a guilt free indulgence ,AVOID IT .It’s packed with “organic “ sugar cane in big quantities ( you can google the ingredients oakberry) I didn’t do it before and just trusted the staff who sweared by ( all of the 3 staffs present) that it’s sugar free and only agave added . Feeling disappointed and shoked of such and attitude and unprofessionalism. Those lies or just 3 staff members who are not familiar with the ingredients of the product they sell can cause a blood sugar spike in a diabetic child or adult or an allergy .
There are many amazing places in Dubai that serve unsweetened acai or blended with whatever fruit you wish to make it sweet (most often banana or guarana powder ) and have a healthy a bomb of vitamins antioxidants as supposed to provide acai fruit blend.

I have no sugar health related issues but feeling so cheated in a very silly way .

Oak berry Management - go get a training to the dubai mall staff and customer acknowledgement & care ????????u200d♀️????????????
