Just had earl grey tea today ! but was impressed with the staff interaction with customer in such small cafe! Great job cafe Nero staff! We will definitely buy more whenever we are in transit here next time.

Standard run of the mill airport cafe. No particular distinguishing features except that it's conveniently located just before you get to the departure gates. By the side of the cafe there are seats available. However, most of the time these seem to be occupied by weary passengers whiling away their time in transit.

Just across the cafe is a row of seats that would be a better bet at getting a vacant seat. The caffè latte wasn't great but early in the morning and while one is waiting to board another long distance flight, any coffee is good coffee ????

Beware. Rude and bad service.

One of the short Filipino guy staff was quite rude during our encounter. We asked nicely about their menu/coffees but was replied with very lacklustre tone and treatment. One word reply. Thats it.

However when he is dealing with people other than ASEAN customer, his behaviour changes to very accommodating, cheerful person. Preferential treatment based on region clear as a day.

All of this happened in front of me.
Racist. Bad service. Rude.
The coffees were okay.

Never gonna step into this shop again unless management made some changes.

I got two cappuccios and two snacks from them 11/07/23. Its value should be 21 x 2 + 21 x 2 u003d 84 dirhams. But later when she checked the balance of the card, she had received an amount of 108 dirhams for that. So double check when paying bills.

You should train your staff to ask the costumer in what currency he would like to pay. Selecting the currency of the bank makes it almost 20% more expensive. When the store is located in the UAE, payments should be handled in local currency. Unacceptable.

The guy at the counter is extremely rude and shown his racist attitude to me. He asked me to move away and stand at the back of the queue to be served. I was standing in the queue the whole time and the man and woman in front me moved to the side to look at the cabinet to choose, that is the time I moved up. The counter man refused to serve and asked me to move to the back. I stood my ground, the man in front of me was a decent guy and he let me get served. I suspect the cafe man got away being rude and racist for a while, but he has to stop and treat everyone equally. I hope Management will take this review seriously and won't allow this man to continue to behave badly with customers.

Nice service and people but you need to adjust grind size down, and lower machine boiler temperature. My espresso was scolding hot and had zero crema.

does not want to heat baby milk in the microwave unsmiling and unpleasant staff there is no 0 Star to put that’s why i gived 1 star
