Asked the receptionist/manager to swap to a massage chair, she said ok but she would detract 5 mins (I used the bed for 3 mins), also the massage chair was absolutely horrible, a leaning back one with a soft backpush and some annoying prerecorded voice, so after 5 minutes I decided to stop and meantime my partner‘s chair broke totally.
I needed to fight to get a refund and I got only a partial one as the manager counted my minutes.
Horrible experience, these people have no human compassion, no customer care, it is just all about the money and no soul (which does not surprise me considering where it is).

While my wife had a massage, the front desk lady recommended me the massage chair to wait for her.
The massage chair is very dangerous. I never had any pain in my neck, but after this "treatment" i feel a lot of pain.
I needed to cancel the message chair treatment after 5 minutes because of the incorrectly set of pressure onto the neck.
The lady told me that i need a regular massage and although i had to cancel the treatment because of the pain, i still had to pay for the "massage" chair.
Is that your business model? Doing pain to customers and then recommending a regular massage?
