This was our 7th trip to the First Class lounge, . Our flight from HKIA arrived just before midnight and our forward flight to Bologna was not until 0900 the following morning, so we effectively spent overnight in the lounge, rather than opting for the complimentary hotel accommodation. As is detailed in the other reviews, this lounge in Terminal A is vast! We spent a few hours in the sleeping room on reclining couches which was good for a nap, but not a proper night’s sleep. We made use of the 15 minute free massage in the spa which is just outside the lounge. It was great. The food was outstanding and we straddled the evening buffet and the morning one. Both excellent with table service and a la Carte menu as well. We then relocated to the other large Emirates lounge at Terminal B which was closer to our gate. This lounge was also excellent with many of the same offerings and a small spa within the actual lounge itself. Recommended. Good vegan/ vegitarian food, also a smoking area

This place is literally my idea of heaven.

The food is amazing, the staff are so unbelievably attentive and accommodating, the wide is outstanding.

It's such a shame I have to get in a plane soon and leave.

Next to B18 gate at T3 DBX. Gigantic elegance Lounge. With delegate and delicious food. From chef breakfast to Japanese shushi. Special thanks to Jenna Lynn, she is super professional and caring. Thank you. One of the top first class Lounge visited.

A good average. Somewhat Impersonal atmosphere. In comparison to Qatar First Class in Doha, quite a few steps behind.

Review:

I had a remarkable experience at the First Class Lounge in Dubai during my transit to Cairo on June 16th. The stand-out service was provided by the highly professional staff, notably Ali U and Rakesh, who ensured my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

Their genuine and personalized approach truly amplified the first-class experience, making me feel more like an esteemed guest than a passing traveler.

Moreover, the quality of the lunch exceeded my expectations, adding another layer of delight to the overall experience.

I am unsure which specific lounge I was at, yet this in no way diminished the superb service received. This lounge, wherever in Dubai's grand airport it may be, comes with my highest recommendations for anyone seeking a top-tier travel experience. A hearty thank you to Ali U, Rakesh, and the Emirates team for a memorable start to my journey to Cairo.

Lounge is very large but you basically have to get a seat in the restaurant section to eat either via menu or buffet. Service was hit and miss with some amazing people and some people who would rather not be there. Quality of the eggs benedict was top notch. Cappuccinos were also fabulous.

The floor actually shook often - almost making me dizzy at times.

The showers were an absolute travesty - a complete joke. Think shower truck and you’re close. Woefully lacking compared to United Polaris or Lufthansa lounge showers. Shower on the A380 was far superior.

Spacious and nicely zoned lounge if your flight leaves from this terminal. Not as good as the main first class lounge but still beautiful. Shoe shine a lovely touch.

Brilliant lounge and a must for all regular travellers. If you have the time, make sure to check in with the Emirates Lounge staff and get them to book your complimentary massage. The quiet rooms are fantastic for your medium length lay-overs if you haven't got Dubai Connect to assist you with accommodation. Try out the cigar lounge if you get an opportunity, it is one of a kind. If you have an outgoing flight on an A380 in the same terminal you may be able to board the aircraft from the same level as the lounge, this allows for you to make the most use of the lounge and not have to wait too long to board the aircraft, make sure to ask staff for directions. In conclusion, a world-class lounge that is worth using.
