Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Not only were they rude and ignorant towards the needs of the customer but also ignorant towards the prices and stating high prices irrespective of the tags, until their computer proved them otherwise. I think one can get better salesmanship and a cheap lingerie shop rather than here.

Unprofessional staff. I don’t recommend it at all. Please don’t waste your money there.

Another must do in London. Panoramic views from the sky. The booking and other arrangements can be done via the website and it's quite smooth overall. The views from up top are stunning! Thames river, London bridge, tower bridge and Many of the legendary buildings can be seen. The design of the eye itself is pretty cool :) I'd strongly recommend this :)

It's London's must do tourist attraction. You can see for miles around and have a great view onto the Thames and houses of Parliament. It's always busy, so it always has a queue of tourists waiting to get on, but the queue is well managed and keeps moving all the time, as the eye doesn't actually stop turning, you are skillfully managed on and off the cabin as it moves slowly along the ground section. You can take bags on, which are checked by security, and take as many photos as you like. On a clear day, you can see as far as Scotland ????.

The view is nice, but the windows are not very clean and the reflection of the light limits the quality of the photos that can be taken. The tickets have an entry time, but the queue control is not the best and you could spend two hours in the line. If you want to queue less (20 minutes) you have to buy the ticket that costs 15 pounds more. The ride takes approximately 25 minutes.

Got to cross the London eye off of my bucket list today. Very great time. You are able to see all of the massive city of London! Incredible sights. We waited in line exactly 23 minutes with getting tickets in advance. I highly recommend doing so!

What a wonderful experience. We purchased the fast track tickets. They are a little more expensive but certainly worth the money, as they alliwed us to be relatively spontaneous and also stood on the shorter queue. Also, they enter a small amount of people in the cabin for fast track holders.

As for the ride itself, it is spectacular. You have about 20-25 minutes to complete the full circle, during which you can see this beautiful city from above. It was a bright sunny day which allowed a clear view for quite a distance.

There are opportunities for touristic photo shoots but tgey are not mandatory. Highly recommended stop while visiting the city.

“The London Eye offers an incredible experience that showcases the city’s stunning skyline in a truly unique way. From the moment I stepped into one of the iconic glass capsules, I knew I was in for a memorable journey.

As the giant observation wheel began its ascent, I was greeted with breathtaking panoramic views that stretched as far as the eye could see. The city unfolded before me, revealing its famous landmarks like Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and the River Thames, all bathed in a mesmerizing blend of natural and city lights.

The slow rotation of the London Eye allowed me ample time to soak in the beauty of the city from different perspectives. Whether it was the historic charm of the Tower Bridge or the modern architectural marvels of the Shard and the Gherkin, each moment offered a new angle and a fresh sense of wonder.

The informative audio commentary provided inside the capsule was a valuable addition. It offered fascinating insights into the history, culture, and significance of the landmarks dotting the London skyline. I found myself engrossed in the narratives, which deepened my appreciation for the city’s rich heritage.

The experience was made even more enjoyable by the friendly and knowledgeable staff who were always ready to assist and share interesting tidbits about the London Eye. Their enthusiasm added an extra layer of excitement to the ride.

The London Eye also offers a range of experiences to suit different preferences. From private capsules for special occasions to themed events and even dining options, there’s something for everyone. It’s an excellent choice for couples, families, and solo travelers looking to create lasting memories.

Additionally, the London Eye’s location on the South Bank provides easy access to other popular attractions, vibrant markets, and riverside walks, making it a convenient starting point for further exploration of the city.

Overall, my visit to the London Eye was nothing short of spectacular. It’s a must-visit destination that offers a bird’s-eye view of London’s iconic landmarks and captures the essence of this vibrant metropolis. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a local looking to rediscover the city, the London Eye promises an unforgettable experience.”

I hope you find this review helpful and that it reflects the amazing experience you had at the London Eye!

Nice 20-25 min experience that allows you to view London from a high vantage point. I’d recommend going for the cruise tour first so you know which places to look at from above. Didn’t buy tickets in advance but it wasn’t a problem since it was a weekday.

Quick and easy check in, no need to pay a Quick pass. You had a choice to buy the two photos taken. The views were amazing and plenty of space in the pod to look at every angle of the ride.
We all loved the experience and the wonderful views around London.
Great deal using National Rail 2 for 1 tickets.
