Not stepping into this store anymore. Such a rude manager this morning, he doesn't greet, doesn't bye or say welcome. He just sits there and gave me such a rude look when I didn't buy the only pair of shoes I tried!!! I thanked him , looked at him before leaving and he just kept staring without saying anything! The shop assistant was so nice, he should be the one managing the place not the guy who is having the opposite effect on customers. Never again, I'm sorry about the brand as I always shop in London from it.

please note “ NO REFUND”
I Bought an item yesterday that was old and damaged unit. they don’t have fresh unit in stock
And no refund. And we need to wait till they finish all other customers.

I would like to thanks the Clarks branch in the Mall of the Emirates for their immediate response to solve my issue which happened recently. One of the best shoe stores in the UAE with their high-quality products. Especially I am tanksful for Mr. Tamer who was very helpful to solve the appeared issue immediately. This kind of person deserves to promote to a high position. Thank you ☺️

Very bad sales staff... Two young ladies... Judge you by your appearance... I am a Clarks regular... Was with my two teenage children... Walking thru the store... Didn't even bother to greet us while they were more respectful and courteous to some other nationality who walked in after us.... Unfortunately I guess he walked out without a buy... We walked away from there never ones to tolerate such insult... Picked up a pair of Oxfords from Timberland instead for AED 499.00... good and courteous staff at timerlands and 5 stars to Timberland????...
Wouldn't give The Clark store at MoE even one star if there was an option????????????

Thry got a very fine nice shoes thr prices are really over priced, they are one of the best brand but still thry don't deserve all of this money, also you can ask for brand new shoes and they will deliver it to your home

The service it's so poor especially when you need to exchange the salesman was jumping from one customer to another and he let me wait like 20 minutes then he came we don’t have what you’re looking for and in DM they said it’s available in Burjuman it’s veeery bad experience

Very good shopping center in the heart of Cardiff city. Very big in size. Lots of shop options. Was able to find Tim Hortons (Canadian Staple) as well in the mall. Definitely recommended if you are looking to do shopping. Decent food area as well.

A good shopping experience with plenty of options. My favourite bit was the bubble tea station as you go in near the steps.
Also a very good cut through if you wish to go into the main centre, towards the museum, Cardiff Market, Cardiff Bay or principality stadium.

It's feeling like an empty shell of what it used to be. It's mostly sweet shops and stuff for kids. There's several coffee shops too but not much else to explore.
