Staff at footlocker are awesome and very helpful. Wide range of sneakers and other sportswear available including jetseys, socks and sandals. My one issue with many of the sneaker stores in Dubai is that I feel like SOMETIMES the shoes are not Grade A quality. Definitely not the same quality as the sneakers sold in the stores in the United States.

Staffs are not accommodating. Seems like they don’t want to talk to anyone. Didn’t bother to offer you options to choose from. Very poor customer service especially from the lady with tattoo. Better to close your store or change your staff!

Staffs are not welcoming, I asked 2 pairs of shoes but not willing to assist at all. I asked several questions regarding the shoes I was interested to purchase however, the lady didn't able to answer. She asked her colleague to assist me, but they decided to deal with their personal stuff (looking at the girl arms with scar). Definitely not a good place to purchase a shoes because of the staff who is not willing to assist. Not friendly at all. The girl who showed a very rude face (which I dont want to mention her name) is not worth it to work their as sales agent.

I was so grateful with the two kind staffs who assisted me tonight at Mall of Emirates, both of them was so kind enough to help me.. Hope to continue your kindness and respect to your customers even in much crowded times..

Their is no options of air force i have visit so many store like dubaimall ,burjuman and i got kyrie but the sizes was not good so i went to exchange and they didnt have any size so i had no option and ask for the refund staff was very rude in dubaimall his name was Manuel????so disappointing.i will never visit again with that behavior i used to be the regular customer.plz give traning to your staff about customer service so they cant do those behaviours????

Bought a pair of shoes on its online shop. To my dismay, I received a damaged and discolored item. Totally disappointing. And they don't want to give me a brand new pair, they only give refund. Total waste of time. Beware not to be deceived!

Staff is not aware about quality purpose they are not giving any response to you if you ordered online online quality is not genuine
