We went yesterday to this CK UNDERWEAR store in Dubai festival mall, and we met the most horrible and rude staff named MAY. She asked for my mobile number and checked on the system if I have record. Thats why I told her, check my saudi number because before we usually go to Calvin klein to buy jacket, shirts. Then Maybe I earned points or something.Even my husband was wearing a CK Shirt that time, to proved that we love the brand.She informed me that shirt was being sold from CK jean store. I told her there is 2-3 branches of CK UNDERWEAR in riyadh, because we always checked the bras and undies. She insisted that she is working for 4 years in the company, and based on the record and really no CK UNDERWEAR in saudi arabia. I also insisted that there is, because we stayed in riyadh for 16 years!
The point is, lets say she has a point or me, but she should not argue with me and the way she talked, she is very RUDE. She doesn’t have the right attitude and she was fighting with me.
Attention to the management!!
Please try to get her attention, you will lose your customers! Staff MAY has a very bad attitude. It can be proven by my family and the other filipino lady staff.
