Kapda shop in festival city has great new collection, there is a sales girl Sadia she is very helpful in selecting dresses, Sadia is a very kind and lovely sales person always smiling and helping customer in choosing outfits. Thank you Sadia will visit again.

Really disappointing
Bought abaya from their branch in safeer mall sharjah which was found to be defective later when we went to the same store asking replacement for the same but all of their abayas of the same design were defective so we tried to see something else in exchange and size was not available..so we asked for a refund and they just denied saying its their policy. Well I do understand the policy if we simply didn’t like it or just wanted to exchange, I can accept no refund policy, but refund is a must if the items are defective not just one but all. I mean if we are really talking about the brand here this shouldn’t be the way to deal with customers in case of defective item…forcing them to buy other stuffs in exchange of the defective item ! This is really not acceptable.
We really liked it before..but from this experience never going to shop again from kapda.

Bought raw clothes for my wife worth 1,000 and after 3 days wanted to exchange them for readymade ones. They denied exchange saying only applicable for readymade clothes. What a joke the bill clearly said exchange within 14 days and did not mention if its readymade or stitched. Never shopping from here again

It's a fairly busy centre with lots of people queueing, mostly because they didn't adhere to the instructions on the letter regarding NOT arriving more than 10 minutes before.

In the centre is pretty straight forward. Queue, sit, jab, wait and leave.

This centre has a fair bit of on-site parking but I'm not sure if you're allowed to use the amenities.

Have been having monthly appointments with Alison for 5 to 6 months and I'm really happy with the care received. I only have a minor knee problem so most of my exercices are to be done at home but she is always spot on and I've definitely seen an improvement, both in what I'm able to do and with regards to pain. Every staff member I've dealt with has been lovely.

My first appointment at Splott Road Therapy centre after having a total replacement knee operation less than 3 weeks ago. My first session with Luke went well. Well equipped treatment room , good range of exercises to strengthen my knee and leg to do at home. Very friendly staff. Looking forward to more sessions to get my knee back up a its normal state. John
