Very poor attitude of the lady there.
We went, a family of three, with 8 year old son to pick black shoes.
Spat on face, the lady in short hair asked us to make a choice. We stated we want 35 number shoe. She kept pestering, make up your choice.
Guess the owners do not care enough or the working staff isn't happy to work.
In a place like Dubai, this is just the rarest of rare poor customer experience.

Very poor customer service and lack courtesy to customers. Finding size took a long time at least 30 minutes. When you complain, attendant will not apologise instead its as if its your fault for not being patient. There is a problem on how they organise their stocks. Wasted 1 hour of my time just waiting for the correct size.

Very very bad sales staff service. They have no idea on whats available in their store. I wasted 20 minutes of my time. Super bad quality of service. All staff is busy serving 1 client and rest customers just wait.
Very BAD EXPERIENCE. will never go back

Customers please be ware. I will never go back and waste my time.

Very bad service. They take a very long time to search for sizes when asked and later tell not available. Waisted of time.
