I checked different jewellers for a valentine’s gift for my girlfriend and decided to go with Carat Craft. Placed my order online and once the ring was ready they sent me detailed photos and a video of the ring with the certificates. Everything is great, they offer same day delivery within certain areas in UAE, premium gift packaging, high quality jewellery with natural diamonds unlike other jewellers I’ve checked only use lab grown diamonds, excellent customer service. My girlfriend loves the ring, thank you Carat Craft. I highly recommend this jeweller!

I bought lots of jewelry and I always buy jewelry for my self and for my family with Carat Craft since the time I met Merijoy, she always assist me well, advise me what is fit to my budget and give me different option. Joy always gives her smile and never get fed-up assisting me at all the time. I wish that Carat Craft will value and acknowledge her effort and talent for having good relation and interaction with the customer as she bring and attract more sales because of her positivity, good vibes and good attitude. I hope she will stay with Carat Craft for more years so I can invest more jewelry for myself (hahahaha). Merijoy, cares not only to the business but to her customer to keep a good business. Keep it up my dear.
I highly recommend Carat Craft Jewellery when you are looking for fine jewelry. The quality and selection are wonderful, the design of the jewelry is very elegant and it has nice packaging.

Super recommended! I always buy here because I get the best prices for the best products. A special thanks to Joy who always helps me out with the products I like. Also, I only buy if she’s at the store because of how nice and accommodating she is. She’s helpful and would really take time to help you choose the best jewelry and give you the best prices! She’s very helpful and nice and I would continue to go to the store because of her.

I always buy my jewelry in this place because Marjorie always assist me well with a smile on her face all the time and she’s so polite and very patient to helped me with options within my budget.

I highly recommend Carat Craft. I had an awesome experience with a custom engagement design. We were looking for a ring. Our salesperson, Ms. Marjorie, was great. She helped us with the idea and design for the ring, which turned out beautiful.
