Decent neighborhood coffee shop next to a Carrefour mart. Staff is always pleasant. Space is small but during the cooler seasons, there are tables outside. Can get very noisy though.

Very nice and quite coffee shop to enjoy a cup of their fresh coffee at the beautiful boulivard , read a book, or make small business meeting, I love Caribou specially their Latte.. Follow me to see more of my reviews in Dubai and UAE ???????? ????????

The staff are so polite. I love how they recommended a drink that is not from the menu which tastes good. I love the Ginger Apricot Iced Tea.

Why 4 stars? It was kind of a bummer that when I asked one of the staff about the nearest toilet, he told me that there is a public toilet after carrefour. I went there and to my surprise, I need to have a key for access. I was not able to use the washroom and hence needed to hold my pee until I found another toilet.

Please refrain from giving false information to your customers. It doesn’t help.
This was the only negative thing I have experienced. So far, everything else is fine.

It was very intimate, less noise and away from the busy life of the Dubai Downtown vibe. It had the perfect view of Burj Khalifa, if one wants to ditch the gruelling traffic of Dubai Mall to get a glimpse of the Burj Khaliga lighting up performances then this is the perfect spot.

Testament that not all coffee shops, nor Caribous, are equal. Some special kind of magic going on here, for sure. Warm, welcoming and cheerful, a cherished neighborhood spot, or perhaps more accurately, neighborhood institution. Everyone who walks through the door seems transformed, a little nicer, a bit more relaxed, congenial and chilled-out; a refuge from the urban jungle, a place where one is no longer an anonymous android but instead greeted personally by name with authentic kindness, and served up with a loving cup of Joe. Hats off to Mike, who sets the tone, and all the staff who make the magic happen :)

Have patronized many coffee shops to work from and without a doubt the most friendly & homely cafes of them all. Mike & Jay are fabulous and full of cheer. If you are looking for positive & happy vibe, visit them.
