Be careful when buying electronics online, they delivered the wrong colour for my washing machine. I paid extra for silver colour, and the delivery team already installed so I didn’t want to cause them more trouble. Then the delivery said I want tips!

I made a complain about all of this and when customer service called, I told them I was busy at that time, next thing I get a message that my complaint has been fixed! Worst service I’ve had so far.

Security very bad in morning shift very disrespect I request him for open toilet for my baby and he Said u busy only some items no have time plz take action on that guy 14 March 6 am

Extensive range across all sections, salads were fresh and a standout.

Wasn’t aware you needed to get fruit and veg items scanned / priced by a staff before going to the counter to pay.

Prices are very high (compared to the same in Australia), but we’ve come to realize this is the norm for Dubi.

Was our initial go to (until we discovered noon)…

Online app became tricky!!!
NOW delivery is no longer free.
The minimum order amount changed from 50 AED to 75 AED
The items are out of stock very often
The prices are sometimes higher than in the offline store.
The 25 fils charge on a single bag implemented even before 1st July

Time to change the store! Horrible services!!!
