We bought a property in 2023 in Arabian ranches and it was a pleasure to work with Nick. Nick is an amazing professional that was close to us and the process from the beginning till the end. Due to his knowledge and expertise we were able to overcome major obstacles and challenges during the transaction. Overall we felt that we had a trusted partner across the full journey.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick to buy my first home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, and he took the time to understand my needs and goals. He has been always available to answer my questions, and he went above and beyond in all aspects of the process, so much so, that we have been working for the past 5 years on multiple negotiations.

We had a great experience with Luke Marston from haus and haus. We were such lucky that we met with Luke after several viewing sessions with other agencies. He was so professional, understood our needs and offered right on spot alternatives. He provided detailed answers to our endless questions and we closed the deal. May 15 - 2023
I have just rented my property through Ciara Murray and am very happy with the service she provided. As a landlord living abroad, I felt she handled everything on my behalf and made the process seamless. I would strongly recommend her to any landlord or tenant in Arabian Ranches!
She is phenomenal, I have multiple properties and renting out from last more than 15 years, I found she is one of the best real estate agent.

We will always be thankful to Melanie and Haus & Haus for finding us the perfect villa. Melanie patiently showed us around 30 villas before we changed location and budget. She guided us around a market we were unfamiliar with, having just arrived in Dubai. After the price was agreed she helped us navigate the Dubai procedures in purchasing the villa, that was all new to us. Melanie was recommended to us by a friend and we would recommend her to anyone else. Thanks Melanie

My interaction was with Luke Marston and he has been exceptional in terms of finding me a new tenant for rent. He got me a great offer in almost 2 days. He also supported me through the transition between tenants, although it was outside the realm of his work. I would gladly recommend Luke to anyone hoping for an end to end support when it comes to renting your house out or finding the perfect unit for rent.
