I like this place, because this place is in the way to my home. & plenty of free parking available here.

I am giving 3 stars because, one day when I went there & asked for thigh piece. They said they don’t even have a single thing piece. Then when I spoke to their senior, they said it will take 20 minutes. But anyway they solved the issue.

Good day...

This is the second time we haved a very bad customer service on June 16,2023 Friday around 1:29pm in KFC ARABIAN RANCHES Site no. 12128 and Order # 84
The cashier make wrong order...then the manager is the one who is dispatching in front of us...instead of correcting the order he is telling the customer (Us) that we are at fault..were telling that we are working in hospitality industry and act accordingly and fix the issues but instead he keep on arguing.....and he even try calling security on us..... And as I said this is the second time I can't take it slide due to VERY POOR customer service and I think the manager is lacking on training or he don't know what is customer service is all about... Making your guest happy and make them feel coming back at the your store... please look on to this and do the needful I hope this is the last time we will be treated like that..

JUST TO CLARIFY ALL STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY EXCEPT FOR THE RUDE MANAGER...FYI THEY DO APOLOGIZE TO US....

Hope I get response as soon as possible... On this matter

As a kfc, you have to be accurate when you put operation timing in Google.
I follow the closing time on Google, and it says close at 12 am.
I came all the way from Abudhabi it took me 1 and half hour to get there and I reached the branch by 10:50 pm, I was shocked when the staff member told me that it's closed.
That's 0 star for kfc, and you must hire extra staff to update your timing in Google.
I will never visit kfc again.

Check your order is correct, before leaving with a take away. Things missing & wrong chicken order.
