Good setup. Nice location. Staff just not overly familiar with customers who know exactly how they like their coffee. Very helpful though.

PS: a lot of these franchise shops struggle with consistency of staff quality. This particular outlet has gone from having super helpful staff to couldn’t be bothered. Sad. Same shop that happily brewed fresh decaf for me now says they cant do that. Actually they can, just can’t be bothered to swap the coffee container on the brewing machine. Sigh.

I went there to have a cup of coffee .. but the salesperson insisted to take the offer which consist of a coffee + cheese crousane . I told i just want a cup of coffee and not hungrey . He just ignored me and refused to serve me just a cup of coffee ????????????????????????

They use to have good menu with and well trained staff. No anymore. I used to order alot from them but recently they changed thier menu and the food became tasteless. The staff are not well trained and they coffee is hit or miss.

Coffee is great but needs a refurbishment. Not a place you want to stay, needs more comfy chairs to become more of a hangout place. The current comfy chairs are anything but.

Coffee is great, and I love the seasonal editions every now and then. But! Last time I was there I ordered a coffee and my little one was with me, the barista made her a babyccino on the house and she was over the moon.

Coffee shops are not only about the drink, it’s the experience and the memories.
