The supervisor(small,petite Filipina) was so rude! My friend and I was having dinner there and this supervisor came to us few times while we were eating. She asked us to scan a qr code. She handed me the piece of receipt which has the qr code and she left again,so I stopped eating and when I was trying to do what she told me to do, she came back and asked if I already did it, I said I’m still trying coz my phone is having a problem. Then she snatched the piece of receipt from me with her frowned face!! So rude of you miss!! I stopped myself from eating just to do the favour you asked me to and I got that frowned face in return!!!!!

This place is incredible but they do have some problems when delivering and service they always forget food or mix you’re order up but it only happens a couple times overall this place is good

One of the worst managed McDonalds in Dubai. Slow delivery, rude staff, food arrives cold and mushy... The branch that used to deliver to JVC when I lived there was far better than this, which is a pity considering the number of communities that this delivers to

Usual McDonald’s food. Delivery service from this branch is simply bad as you can see from the number of people giving 1 star. I ordered a couple of times, only the breakfast delivery seems to be on time. Lunch or dinner, the delivery came so late that the fries are soggy and food is lukewarm, even ice in the drinks have melted.

As for dining in, there are ample of table as well as an outdoor seating (awesome during winter). There is 2 self-service machine and 2 counters, you can imagine if there is a crowd, the wait is going to be bad.

Plus point : there is a McCafe!

The staff has no idea how to manage an exception. The self order machine malfunctions and they try to charge you again.
Not the slightest effort to enhance customer experience.
Not what you expect of a global fast food chain where things should be smooth and fast

Love the place!

Rarely is empty like the picture posted!

Hardest working team apart from McDo at the airport terminal for sure!

For all the complainers out there having issues with the delivery times - picture this, they service communities for miles around: AR2, Sustainability, Serena, Layan, AR1, Motor City, Studio city, Sports City, Remraan, Mudon, Damac Hills, Townsquare, Mira and Mira Oasis ad probably Damac Hills 2 as well!

There are solutions, stop being lazy and get in your car and do take away instead, for those in the communities nearby you will be back home in 30 min!

Alternatively order from ENOC DIP branch, they are further away but deliver faster as less business there - also on Deliveroo ????

I received my order like this , french fries is full only to half of the pack in 3 packs,,nuggets 3 instead of 4 ,Pepsi is just black water ,,sandwiches is as normal but cold
