Not very crowded, good customer services, many good offers, but you have to bring your own bags, and if you forget them you have to buy again, or but the products as they are in the trolley to the car. It's sustainable style, but it needs also to be balanced with the customer satisfaction like provide alternative solutions.

This Carrefour has become our go-to supermarket. Less crowded, easy parking, fast checkout, cheaper prices and more special offers than anywhere else. Only minus is Carrefour not having a pork section, but the Organic market next door fills that gap superbly. Staff are all a pleasure as usual in Dubai.

i have a great regards for carrefour been a well reputable hypermarket , but for a reason am totally disappointed, at first i thought it was the pandemic dragging things behind but i realize it was a nonchalant , i placed an order online and for 8 days ( imagine fast without your delivery plus been double charge) , i have not receive the delivery , i called the customer service for so long and so many times and all i could see is nothing , nevertheless i was still double charge for item i never consumed , will really appreciate if there is someone logical looking into this . am tired of calling the customer services or sending several emails . order number is Order # 15885705451059

I specially go to this Carrefour because of the butcher there. His name is Faysal! Extremely professional, understands his job. Very helpful, and gives the best advice! He prepares delicious kofta! Speaks fluently English and is very kind! If I could give 6 stars, I would have done that! Thanks again!

Since its a new branch, I expected to see the latest upgrade from carrefour implemented! Especially the bakery area needs a huge upgrade on the layout, variety as well the quality...

i already went all hypermarket in uae
in my opinion there bread is the best i taste
hope everyone will see the potential of people making of there bread in carreffour..
and they have good enviroment that you can shopping with no tense like now a days

the meets section very very bad service not help at all i went to buy at 11 pm they say we close the time which they close at 12 am
one more time i went to buy they say we clean the machine already take which is the fridge!!
supervisor need to audit and check always what they doing there, not means if no too much customer the service not proving well!!
