Etisalat should update their location status online. I came all the way to City land Mall to find out that Etisalat has closed down. Waste of time

I went there to change a mobile phone package and the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Despite some issues due to a change in my reference phone number, the staff went through the request quickly and efficiently.
