I tried to fix 2 issues with Du, one for my landline and one for a prepaid SIM I ordered. Neither could be attended by the lady in the shop. Not sure if it was due to a language barrier or simply poor customer service, but I could barely understand her intentions to do anything about my requests.

Newly Opened Du store in City Land Mall, Right opp Flormar, Near Carrefour. Only one counter was opened. Was served by Agatha, she needs to be little bit more friendly and professional. Lets give it some time to settle. Handy addition to Cityland Mall.

The staff/sales agent who catered my queries was quite knowledgeable, her patience and composure remain even though sometimes I am being rude. The plans was astonishingly explained.

It was nice to go to a Du store that did not have a long queue. No wait at all. Service was good. It seemed that the person serving me was being trained but her supervisor was right there to make sure everything was smooth and all details explained clearly. If you need to visit a Du store I recommend this one.

Useful for Emirates ID holders. They don't have the facilities for visit visa to buy a sim or solve any problem.

They lowered the shutter 20 minutes before closing time & refused to let customers in. They post working hours till 10:00 pm & doors should stay open till that time
