As it's a small branch of Carrefour in area crowded with towers, it's excellent. It sells all the most important things for home and it serves home delivery. For me, it's a gift in our residence area.

Neat and clean. Entry and exit is covered up right now due to ongoing construction. Size wise, its more like the neighborhood local store rather than the usual monstrous hypermarket setup. Staff were super courteous and helpful. ????????????????????????

Rude counter staff especially that guy who's name is Abdul.
Yesterday i went there to buy things and i give thim 1000 aed he refuse to take that money and ask me to put back the things.
This is very unfair iam really not happy to his rude behaviour. FANILY He is unprofessional and they doesn't care about their customers. Hope managment will take action regarding this matter..

Rude counter staff. Three customers all saying the prices on the shelves don’t match the checkout price and all she says is it’s not her fault and to “take it or leave it”. No understanding of manners or consumer law.

hi! I was there yesterday, past 1:30pm. i supposed to grab a quick snack..perhaps a samosa and a spring roll..but I lost my apetite when a lady before me took same item from the basket with her bare hands! Yes by her HANDS without using any tongs or whatsoever used for these. Your staff did nt say anything neither he offered a tong to be used for that. also, I have observed that most of the time, your staffs are preoccupied with something else...busy? Yes..but. If you could please provide a little bit more staff for this branch so that they could properly assist customer, this could have been avoided.It is unhygienic that your food will be touch by someone Else isn't?
