Bad service before sitting to eat!!

My family and I went to the restaurant, and I was waiting for more people, but the receptionists treated very badly, they remembered a lot about waiting and I didn't want to sit at a big table knowing that we are 4 people and a child!!! Is this type really still there !! ..

Lounge meets fusion Asian restaurant, complete with hostesses from Myanmar. The food's interesting, the service exceptional. Definitely worth a visit and, when you do, try some of their one off items.

A nice place to end a week. The lounge is relaxing and music non-intrusive. Ambience that is disarming for most part, but does take itself a tad too seriously. The staff who help with the food and drinks were friendly and knowledgeable - gave us recommendations that helped me enjoy the dinner. The hostesses can come across as snooty. The food itself, I had no complaints about. I think the shrimp tempura and the roast duck with truffles will remain as positive memories for a long time. Slightly on the pricey side, but its worth it.

Big Japanese restaurant with good choice of sashimi and other food. Delicious fresh oysters. Responsive staff. Bit overpriced but it's Novikov????

My experience at Novikov was a TOTAL DISASTER ! After eating there I spent the day with NAUSEA and VOMITING. But the most unacceptable thing from a cafe that claims to be part of some gastronomic excellence, is to not be reachable when a customer tries to call just to know what you used for cooking.

It is a luxury restaurant, the staff is very friendly. Mr. Amol served me, he cares a lot about the customer's opinions and he is fast in service. Also the manager, she is very nice in dealing , and in general, all the staff are cheerful and very keen to give their best in their work.
