Thanks a lot to Svetlana. In this Cartie I will return only because of her. Such perfect service and tender I’ve never seen, honestly. I can compare my visit between this Cartie and which in Dubai Mall. The service was so bad, inattentive staf and big crowds.
This Cartie the best.

I recently visited the Mall of the Emirates Boutique, and I am surprised by how accommodating they are.

Nina is amazing, and I would like to thank her for helping me fix my ring in no time.

The service was amazing. Fared is the one who assisted me since I was after the nail bracelets - he is well educated about the product, explain me everything as detail - the way of showing the products, body languages, the tone that he used - it really called luxury, definitely I will be back.

We went to see and buy a diamond ring, they did not have a ring with our spects but we were interested in a custom order. The store manager, I think Dana, helped us however she couldn’t check into the custom order system. Then somebody else came with a password and they couldn’t login again,it took them 15 mins and in the mean time we were asked about the budget, and was told multiple times that “cartier’s stones are more expensive” than a regular diamond store… or we were questioned if we were clients somewhere else etc. The whole attitude of “we dont’t want to help without making sure you can afford this” was very unproffesional and it really turned us off as clients. Even funnier, these came from managers who did not know how to log in to their own system. As we did not want to wait more, we left our details amd were told that we would be contacted after a search they would conduct according to our requests. No one called us in the end. Such a wrong way to approach to clients, ruined the whole Cartier image for us and we ended up buying it at a competitor. A very judgemental store, with no professional attitude and value to their clients

Nothing extraordinary. We waited too long before entering the boutique. Than we waited even longer inside the boutique before someone asked us what we are looking for. Finally after almost 2 hours we got the opportunity to purchase the items we wanted but with another person's receipt inside the bag. To summarize, not professional at all considering other Cartier's boutiques. I will recommend the boutique at Dubai mall grand atrium.

Great place people very friendly great teles to watch footy and so many choices of larger etc staff are fab weldone to bar manager Kerry ,and great sitting area in and out best place to drink in caldicot enjoyed my visit there while living in Spain ????????????????????????
