Terrible delivery and after sale sevices. Furniture purchased more than 10 days ago and scheduled to be delivered on the 12 in the morning still hasn’t been delivered! Apart from the cordiality and good service of store staff when it comes to delivery I doubt it. The service call center also shows cordiality and willing to help initially but after 3 calls on two different days I haven’t received any feed back or call to confirm the status of deliver. I was informed by one representative that the furniture was out for delivery since yesterday morning so I can assume my expensive furniture is on the truck traveling around under 45° with no idea on when it will arrive. I’ll not use Cate and Barrel again.

Vibrant Caffee and cozy, great place to spend quality time away from noise after a long shopping day. Staff are very pleasant with a lot of menu varieties.

We recently visited this shop in mall of the emirates. The sales staff Anita was truly outstanding in her role. Her friendly demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable and I couldn't be more pleased with her performance.

Very Bad service ever not transparency with client & no informing client right time for deliver.. Staff Called Areej she was telling me will deliver order within 2 days but I was waiting 4 days no any follow up no any call received.. They dont know even about my order keep checking……! What a worst service ever !!!!!!!!!!!! No manger to follow up in store!!!!! BAD Service… Never Recommended at all.. I will try to cancel my order

Very disappointed in this company. I bought 2 chandelier from them. They sent one which was a display unit with a missing piece. I've been following up with them since November with no resolution. Their customer service is terrible.

This review relates to a purchase of the Serta caliber king mattress from Crate & Barrel Mall of the Emirates on 28/08/22. In store I tried the display mattress and decided to buy one, the staff were very helpful. It was delivered one week later as promised. However, the mattress they delivered had plastic inside the mattress that runs around the inner walls of the mattress - when sat on an audible crinkling sound can be heard. This seemed unusual, especially for a mattress that is expensive, so I went back to the store to inspect the display mattress and sure enough the display mattress does not have plastic within. I then showed a video of my mattress to the department manager where I touch the sides of the mattress and the crinkling of plastic sound is very audible. He apologized and agreed that this was unusual. He told me he would be sending a quality inspector from Serta to my address to inspect the mattress. A few weeks go by and no visit. I returned to the store and the manager again apologized and arranged for a replacement mattress. This was delivered to my home but on inspection the replacement mattress too had plastic within the frame - same problem so I did not accept the replacement. I returned to the store and the same manager again apologized and said he would again be sending a representative from Serta to quality check my original mattress. It is now 31/12/22 and still no visit from Serta…I have visited Crate & Barrel several times to resolve this issue but to no avail hence the low stars.
